(SB) About · The founder

The rider behind the engine.

Sara El-Ayouby built Small—Bright so small businesses could have the reach of a full marketing team: run by AI agents, and checked by a human before anything goes live.

(01) Why it exists

Marketing shouldn't be one more thing to chase.

Across Amman, small business owners already pay someone to do their marketing, and still end up chasing it.

They follow up on posts, fix captions, explain their brand again to every new freelancer, and wait for reports that count likes instead of customers. When someone leaves, the logins and the know-how often leave with them.

Sara built Small—Bright to end that. Owners plug their business in once. A team of AI agents plans, writes, designs, posts, advertises and reports every month; a Brand Brain keeps their voice consistent; and a human checks every piece before the owner sees it. Nothing goes live without their OK, the prices are published, and the business's accounts and files always stay in the owner's name.

(02) Who she is

A student of living systems.

Sara studied biology at Carleton University, then spent more than fifteen years as a psychosomatic therapist and movement educator, working with how people's bodies, minds and habits work together.

She went on to run a luxury health club as its general manager, founded Sakinah Consulting in 2013 for wellbeing and organisational consulting, and created Sakinah, a wellbeing app for neurodivergent women.

Small—Bright brings that same lens to marketing. An engine is a living system too: specialised agents, each with one job, handing work to one another, and a human at the reins who knows when something doesn't feel right.

(03) How she built it

One founder. A team of agents.

I

AI agents do the volume

Specialised agents build websites, write proposals, onboard new clients and answer questions on this site, in Arabic and English. More join as the engine grows.

II

A human makes the call

Every piece of work is checked by a human, and Sara approves what reaches a client. The agents bring the speed; people bring the judgement.

III

Built to grow

Because the engine does the heavy lifting, a small team can give many businesses the output of a full marketing team, at small-business prices.
