Privacy Policy

Last updated: [date of publication]

This policy explains how Small-Bright Solutions for Digital Marketing collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, fill in our forms or work with us. We aim to follow Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law [Law No. 24 of 2023 — lawyer to confirm].

1. Who is responsible

Small-Bright Solutions for Digital Marketing, [address], is responsible for your personal data. Contact: privacy@small-bright.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us through our contact, Spark preview, Beam enquiry and checkout forms: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business name and details, city, social media handles and website links, product ideas, order details and any notes you add.

Payment information: we receive confirmation of CliQ or bank transfers (such as the sender name, amount and reference). We do not collect or store card numbers on our website.

Public information: when you share your social media handles, we look at your public profiles to prepare your preview or proposal.

Technical information: our website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our web host and font provider (Google Fonts) may process your IP address to deliver the site.

3. How we use it

To reply to your enquiries, prepare your free preview, estimate or proposal, process and deliver your order, take payments and issue invoices, contact you on WhatsApp, email or phone about your project, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve our services.

We only send you marketing messages if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, only as far as they need to: our form service (Formspree), our web host, email and WhatsApp providers, our bank, and accountants or lawyers. Platforms we set up for you (such as Whop, Google or Meta) receive information you provide under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with authorities only when the law requires.

Some of these providers store data outside Jordan; we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders: up to [12 months]. Client and order records: as long as needed for the engagement and for [the period required by Jordanian tax and commercial law].

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we limit access to the people who need it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will publish the latest version on this page with its date.
